PEORIA, Ill. – July 6, 2016 – Kenny Wallace dominated Wednesday night’s DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals at Peoria Speedway as he claimed his first win of the season and became the ninth different driver to stand in victory lane.
Wallace started on the front row with reigning series champion Mike Harrison, but quickly jumped out to the lead. Very quickly he had to contend with a charging Levi Kissinger. A caution came out with 10 laps to go which added Harrison back into the mix.

BOSWELL, Ind. – July 5, 2016 – Nick Hoffman continued his DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals roll on Tuesday night at Daugherty Speedway as he claimed his fourth win of the season.
Hoffman started from the pole with Kenny Wallace on his outside. Hoffman quickly put distance on Wallace and the field. Lucas Lee brought out the first caution but Hoffman again jumped out to a strong lead on the green.

LASALLE, Ill. – July 4, 2016 – Ray Bollinger got his first DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals win Monday night at LaSalle Speedway as he dominated the field.
Bollinger started on the front row and through multiple restarts to start the feature, Bollinger quickly pulled away from the field. The battle farther back was more intense, as Scott Heeren, Kenny Wallace, Nick Hoffman and Lucas Lee battle back and forth, trading positions two through five.

LINCOLN, Ill. – July 3, 2016 – A certainty of rain throughout the day with the potential of flooding Central Illinois forced the cancellation of Sunday’s “World of Outlaws/ Hell Tour” Shootout presented by Graue Chevrolet at Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, Ill.
This was going to be the first time in history the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models® and DIRTcar Summer Nationals Late Models stood tire-to-tire against to each other, all competing for the $10,000 purse. The DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals were set to be the supporting class in a night to go down in history.

PEVELY, Mo. – July 2, 2016 - Heavy belts of rain and thunderstorms moving through the region Saturday has cancelled the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series and DIRTcar Summer Nationals event at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo. There will be no makeup date for the cancellation.
Also cancelled was the DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals, which were scheduled to join the Outlaws and Summer Nationals on Saturday.
