DAVENPORT, IA — July 3, 2019 — It seems Mother Nature is determined to put out the Hell Tour fires this year as she continues her torrent into Davenport, Iowa, forcing postponement of tonight's Summer Nationals and Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals event at Davenport Speedway. DIRTcar and track officials — determined not to let her win — are working on a reschedule date.

Receding Floodwaters Still Too High to Run Saturday’s Summer Nationals Event at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55

PEVELY, MO – July 2, 2019 – First officials tried moving the event back a weekend, but still the Mississippi River has not cooperated enough. Unfortunately, DIRTcar and Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 officials will have to cancel the DIRTcar Summer Nationals and Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals events scheduled for this Saturday, July 6.

Rain Cuts Lincoln Short, Cancels Events at Route 66

JOLIET, IL - June 30, 2019 - While rain impacted the finish of Sunday's DIRTcar Summer Nationals and Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals events at Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, IL, rain throughout the midwest has also forced DIRTcar Racing and Dirt Oval at Route 66 officals to cancel Monday's events in Joliet.

The Summit Modified action resumes on Wednesday night, July 3, at the Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa.

HIGHLAND, IL – June 29, 2019 – Defending DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals Champion Mike Harrison put away another field of 26 other cars on Saturday night at the Highland Speedway to earn his third tour victory of the year.

Put simply, Harrison dominated. Leading all 25 laps, he put the distractions of the fireworks behind him and dazzled his hometown crowd for the win over Chad Sellers and Robbie Eilers.

As for the rest of Harrison’s competition, the podium may have included the likes of Tyler Nicely and Tyler Deibert if it weren’t for a bit of controversy on lap 16…
